Welcome to the Living Earth Marketplace – your hub for good, clean, local food and regenerative products. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions from our shoppers.
1. How do I place an order?
- Browse products by category or vendor.
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose your payment method.
2. Do I need an account to shop?
Yes, you’ll need to create a free account to place an order. This helps us track your orders, deliveries, and support requests.
3. Who are the sellers on this marketplace?
Our sellers are local Namibian farmers, small-scale producers, and businesses who share our values of organic, regenerative, and sustainable living. Each vendor manages their own shop within the marketplace.
4. How are products priced?
Prices are set directly by the vendors. Living Earth does not add hidden mark-ups. You’ll see the full price at checkout.
5. How is delivery handled?
- Each vendor sets their own delivery or pickup options.
- Some offer free delivery in their town (e.g. Swakopmund, Windhoek).
- Delivery fees for other towns/regions are shown at checkout.
- If a vendor offers pickup, you’ll find details on their shop page.
6. Can I order from more than one vendor at once?
Yes. You can add products from different vendors to your cart. At checkout, you’ll see delivery options per vendor. You might get separate deliveries depending on where the vendors are based.
7. How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept:
- PayToday
- EFT (bank transfer)
- Cash on delivery or pickup (where offered by vendors)
More options will be added over time.
8. What happens if a product is out of stock?
- If a product is on backorder, it means the vendor will supply it later.
- If a product becomes unavailable after you order, the vendor will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution.
9. Can I return or exchange products?
Returns are handled directly with the vendor. Policies may differ, but most vendors accept returns if:
- The product is damaged or spoiled on arrival.
- You contact them within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Always check the vendor’s policy on their shop page.
10. How do I contact customer support?

11. Why should I shop here instead of a supermarket?

12. How do I know products are organic?
Vendors specify whether their products are certified organic, naturally grown, or sustainably produced. Look for details in the product description.

14. Digital downloads
1. How do I get my download after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account:

2. How long do I have to download my file?
This depends on the vendor’s settings. Some files have no expiry, while others may be limited to a certain number of days or downloads. These details are shown on your order confirmation.
3. What happens if my download link expires?
Contact the vendor through your order page or email support@living-earth.africa. We can verify your purchase and reissue the link if needed.
4. Can I share my file or download link with others?
No — download links are unique to your account and may stop working if shared publicly. Please support our local creators by not redistributing their work.
