1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
🚫 Non-returnable items:
• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, plants).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
2. How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Contact the Vendor:
• Go to My Account → Orders and select the item you wish to return.
• Click Request a Return and describe the issue (attach photos if applicable).
• The vendor will review your request and respond within 7 days.
2️⃣ Approval & Shipping Back:
• If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
• Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
3️⃣ Refund or Replacement:
• Once the vendor receives and inspects the return, they will issue either:
🔹 A full refund (excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error).
🔹 A replacement or exchange, if applicable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days.
3. Who Covers the Return Shipping?
• If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, the vendor covers the return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the buyer covers the return shipping.
4. Disputes & Escalations
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the vendor, please contact us. We will step in to mediate and ensure a fair resolution.
