Our Lemon Syrup contains the juice of sun-ripened lemons from a farm that does not use any harmful chemicals on their orchards. We add sugar and nothing else, stir until fully dissolved and fill 750ml re-used bottles with the syrup. If stored in a cool dark space the syrup has a shelf-life of at least a year. Use it for a refreshing summer-lemonade by adding cold water or soda-water, add to your favourite mix-drink or use in your recipe as needed.
